At Electro Eye India, we take pride in providing high-quality CCTV and security products. Every item is thoroughly tested, packed, and shipped with care.
However, in rare cases where a product is damaged or defective upon arrival, we ensure a smooth return or replacement process.
1. Eligibility for Return or Replacement
We accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:
- The product is physically damaged, defective, or not functioning properly upon delivery.
- You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery via email or phone.
- A clear unboxing video showing the package being opened for the first time is mandatory for verification.
Without an unboxing video, return or replacement requests may not be approved.
2. Non-Returnable Conditions
We do not accept returns or refunds under the following circumstances:
- If the product is functional and free from damage or defect.
- If the product was damaged after delivery due to mishandling, improper installation, or power issues.
- If accessories, manuals, or original packaging are missing.
- If the product is incompatible with third-party devices not purchased from us.
- If more than 7 days have passed since delivery.
3. How to Request a Return or Refund
To initiate a return or replacement:
- Contact our support team at support@electroeyeindia.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include the following in your email:
- Order ID
- Short description of the issue
- Unboxing video clearly showing the defect or damage
- Once verified, our team will confirm eligibility and share return instructions.
4. Return Shipping
- For damaged or defective products, free reverse pickup will be arranged through our courier partner (Shiprocket).
- If pickup service is unavailable in your area, you may be asked to ship the product back to us. We will reimburse reasonable shipping costs once the return is approved.
5. Refund or Replacement Process
After we receive and inspect the returned item:
- If approved, you may choose either a full refund or a replacement of the same product.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method (via Razorpay) within 7–10 business days.
- Replacement products will be dispatched within 3–5 business days after approval.
6. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled only before shipment.
- Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
7. Warranty Support
All Electro Eye products come with a manufacturer warranty (typically 6–12 months, depending on the product).
If a product develops a problem after successful delivery, it will be covered under warranty, not under this Return Policy.
To claim warranty, customers must provide the purchase invoice and product details.
8. Important Notes
- Always make a video while unboxing your parcel to ensure smooth claim processing in case of issues.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards intact.
- Proper packaging during return is mandatory to prevent transit damage.
